    While writing Cooking with Loula I spent 2-3 times a week by Kyria Loula's bedside taking notes and talking about food. She never saw the book, and has no idea that a book has her name on it (initially Cooking with Loula was called Cooking to Share). Here is what I wrote when she passed away during the writing of the book.
